Main features :

• Direct Invoice Creation: Generate an invoice without requiring an estimate or a work order.
• Invoice Closure: An invoice can be closed once payment is received.
• Printing and Sending Options: Print or email the invoice directly from the interface.
• Invoice Search: Search invoices using keywords (client name, invoice number, date, etc.).
• Invoice Status: Differentiation between open invoices (red indicator) and closed invoices.
• Service and Parts Management: Manually add unlisted parts and enter service time in decimal format.
• Payment Methods: Choose between standard payment and accounts receivable for business clients.
• Integrated Accounting: Once closed, the invoice is recorded in the general ledger.
